    Our interview process typically takes 1.5–2 weeks.

    1. Step 1

      Recruiter Screen

      An informal chat about your motivations, career goals, and what excites you about Wayflyer.

    2. Step 2

      Hiring Manager Screen

      A deeper conversation assessing your relevant experience and alignment with the role's requirements.

    3. Step 3

      Case Study

      A role-play scenario based on a prospective customer, showcasing your problem-solving and sales skills.

    4. Step 4

      Final Interview

      A competency-based round with Revenue leadership, evaluating culture fit and strategic thinking. For candidates based in Dublin, this interview will be in person.

    5. Optional Post-Interview Survey

      After completing the process, you'll receive our Candidate Experience Survey via email. We'd love your honest feedback, it helps us continuously improve our hiring journey.
